AI agent development for businesses
built around the real workflow.
Scoped AI assistants for UK service businesses that need to interpret enquiries, retrieve approved information or prepare replies inside a controlled workflow.
The direct answer
What this service is designed to solve.
Useful drafts and recommendations with the right context, clear boundaries and human approval before important actions.
- Repeated questions require searching through scattered documents
- Client replies take time to draft from project context
- Unstructured messages need triage before a team can act
- An unrestricted chatbot cannot safely make business commitments

Who it fits
Start with a useful, bounded scope.
For UK SMEs with a repeatable task involving text or approved business knowledge, a person responsible for review, and a clear reason why fixed rules alone are insufficient.
A client-reply assistant can use an approved brief and the latest client message to propose a response. The owner checks dates, prices and commitments, then chooses whether to send. This is an illustrative use case, not a claim that every messaging platform is connected.
A practical delivery path
- Choose one bounded task, such as drafting a reply from an approved project brief.
- Provide only the knowledge and permissions needed for that task.
- Return a draft with unresolved questions instead of inventing missing facts.
- Require approval before external actions and record failures for review.
AI can produce incorrect answers. No autonomous legal, financial or commercial commitments are promised. Existing ChatGPT chats, third-party accounts and private records require a supported, authorised way to supply context.

Clear answers before you commit.
How much does a custom AI agent cost?+
AI agents are quoted after discovery. Cost depends on the approved knowledge sources, integrations, permissions, test coverage and monitoring required. Model and external service usage are identified separately; the £849 website bundle does not include a bespoke AI agent.
Is an AI agent the same as an automation?+
A rule-based automation follows defined steps. An AI agent can interpret less structured information and propose a next step. We use fixed rules where they are sufficient and add AI only where interpretation is useful.
Will it automatically send messages to my clients?+
The initial scope can prepare a draft for your approval. Sending, quoting, payments and other commitments need explicit permissions and agreed safeguards. Human approval is the default for consequential actions.
Can it connect to our existing software?+
Only when an authorised, supported integration is available. Access, API limits and costs are checked before a connection is promised. A connection to one product does not automatically grant access to another.
How are mistakes and sensitive information handled?+
We agree what information the assistant may access, minimise what is shared, and test unclear requests, missing context and tool failures. The workflow should flag uncertainty and escalate to a person. AI output still needs review.
